    How does Quantum Squares deliver sustained energy?

    Does Quantum Squares contain allergens?

    Our bars are made in a facility that is Safe Quality Food (SQF) certified and approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). Even though our bars do not contain dairy or soy, the facility that we make our bars processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, and soy.

    Please check the nutritional facts for allergens before eating a Quantum Square, especially if you have Tree Nut or Peanut allergies or are sensitive to caffeine.

    Are Quantum Squares Non-GMO and Gluten-free?

    Yep. All our Squares are made from non-GMO and Gluten-free ingredients. Quantum Squares are made in a Gluten-free facility.

    Are Quantum Squares vegan-friendly?

    Yes. No animals, animal lovers, or party animals were harmed in the making of our products.

    Is Quantum Squares a meal replacement bar?

    We don’t advertise our Squares as meal replacements or diet bars, but they are surprisingly filling and nutrient dense. Organic green coffee is said to increase your appetite and suppress hunger.

    Keeping a Square in your desk, bag or car is usually effective for curbing the “h(angry)” feelings when you’re on the go.

    What is the shelf-life of Quantum Squares?

    For the best taste and freshness, eat your Squares by the date stamped on the packaging.

    How do I get started?

    It’s simple. Just register for a new account with your email here or sign-up with your Facebook account, select your Quantum Squares flavor(s) and enter your details.

    You’ll get your orders in 2-5 business days, delivered right to your doorstep.

    Where is my Profile settings?

    Your Profile page link appears on the Navigation Bar at the top of the page, once your account is set-up. The link allows you to go to Your Plan to modify your flavors, the number of boxes shipped each month; Your Details to make address, credit card changes and to delay, hold or cancel your Plan; Order History to show all your past orders.

    Help! I forgot my password.

    No worries! Just click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Sign-In page and you will receive a link to reset your password to the email address on your account.

    What else do I get with my Membership?

    Membership entitles you to special discounts and offers, access to Free Movement Meet-ups, wellness tips from experts and invites to Members only events.

    Do you charge a membership fee to join?

    Nope! There is no Membership fee. You only pay for the products you ordered and the shipping cost.

    What is an Subscription Auto-Renewal?

    We will automatically charge your method of payment on file, each monthly anniversary date of your Membership fee, including any shipping costs.

    Each Membership renewal period is for one month. For more details, please go to Terms of Use

    Is there a time commitment for subscriptions?

    Nope. No minimums, no fees, no long-term commitments, no kidding. Stay as long or as little as you like.

    When can I expect my recurring shipments?

    Your recurring billing date is determined by your original sign-up date. For example, if you join on the 1st, your subsequent shipments will be billed and processed on the 1st of every month. Your box will be delivered within about 2-5 business days of your bill date.

    How do I add more boxes to my Plan?

    Simple, just go to your account Profile page and make any changes that you wish.

    What if I run out of Squares before my next shipment?

    You can Contact Us or make changes by clicking here. We’ll get your next box shipped out right away.

    How do I change the Flavor of my Squares?

    That’s simple. You can do that just by going to your Your Plan in the account Profile page and making any changes there.

    Want a different delivery date?

    If you would like to change your delivery date to one that works better for you, please Contact Us and we’d be happy to help.

    How do I delay my monthly shipments?

    No problem. You can delay your shipment for a week or a month by going to Your Details on your Profile page. We will not ship nor bill you during the delay time.

    Once this ends, we will resume your monthly shipments as before.

    I need more time. How can I pause or put a hold on my subscription?

    You can put a hold on your account for a longer period than a delay. We will keep your account active, with all your details and flavor selection. Just go to the Details section of your account Profile.

    Once you are ready to reinstate it, just go back to your account Profile, then click on Your Details page.

    Where can I buy in my local area?

    You can order Quantum Squares from the comfort and convenience of your computer or cell phone on our website at QuantumSquares.com or on Amazon.com. We’ll do the legwork and get your Squares delivered directly to your door. (Please note that pricing may be different on other websites that isn't ours).

    If you would like to see Quantum Squares at a location near you (office, gym, cafeteria, retail store, etc.) help us spread the love and request that the managers give us a call!

    How can I cancel my Membership?

    We hate to see you go but we won’t give you a hard time about it. You can cancel your subscription any time, for any reason by going to the Details page of your account Profile.

    We’ll issue a refund to you for the original purchase price, minus shipping cost.

    The only thing we ask is that the request is made within 14 days of delivery and there are no more than 3 bars missing from the order. That’s it. Just hit us up and we’ll work with you to make sure you’re happy.

    My credit card details have changed. How do I update it?

    Edit your payment information by going to your Details page of your Account Profile.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The CVV/CVC numbers can be found on the back of the card (3 digits) or on the front of the card (4 digits) for American Express cards.

    Other credit card/payment issues not listed here?

    Is it safe for me to use my credit card on your site? Is it secure?

    When will my credit card be charged?

    Your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

    Do I have to be home to receive my order?

    Nope! All orders are delivered via USPS and don’t require a signature. We track all packages, so we’ll get status and confirmation of delivery.

    How long does it take to receive an order?

    In stock orders normally ship on the same business day and takes about 2-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. We provide you with a tracking number, so you can track the status of your delivery.

    How much is shipping?

    We only charge you a flat rate of $8 using USPS postage, regardless of where you are in the contiguous U.S. However, we have special discounts offered to Members and trials. Shipping is free for 3 or more orders.

    Do you offer free shipping and handling?

    Yes, just order 3 or more boxes and shipping is on the house! We also offer special discounts on shipping for our Members.

    Where do you ship?

    We ship to the contiguous United States (we will include shipping to Alaska, Hawaii,Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses in the near future).

    Do you ship to APO/FPO/P.O. BOX addresses?

    We love our troops, but we aren’t yet able to ship to APO/FPO addresses. We also can’t ship to PO boxes at this time either.

    Do you deliver outside of the United States?

    We can’t do international orders right now. Sorry!

    I’m moving, how can I change my address?

    You can update your address at anytime through your Profile page, under Your Details page, before your next shipment.

    I never got my shipment. What now?

    Oh no! But not to worry. We have a tracking number for all shipments. Just Contact Us and we’ll take it from there.

    How do I return my box(es)?

    Easy, just follow 4 simple steps:

    1. Contact Us for a refund or exchange on your purchase to get an RA#.
    2. Complete the return slip and mail us back your product.
    3. Returns and exchanges should be mailed to:

What is a safe level of caffeine?

The FDA suggested that a healthy adult can have up to 400mg of caffeine a day.

Our Squares have 100mg of caffeine per Square, equal to a cup of coffee or about a small can of a popular energy drink. But caffeine affects people differently, so when in doubt, ask your doctor.

We don’t recommend our Squares to caffeine-sensitive people, pregnant or lactating women, or children under the age of 13.
